Inactive Project or Archived what effect on licenses

If a project is made inactive or archived are all licences being used returned??

Thank you for contacting Autodesk.

A member consumes a license for a service under a particular BIM 360 account, once they are associated to an active project under that service. Within that BIM 360 account, the same member can be added to any number of project activations for that service, while still consuming only a single license.

If a project was set to an inactive or archived status and the member was ONLY associated to that one project, then yes, those licenses should be returned for use.
