First Person from 2D New Construction Phase showing as Existing/Demo Phasing

Our firm has published sheets on the BIM 360 platform.

We would like to utilize the First Person feature.

The issue is that every time we enter First Person the the Phasing is shown as Existing/Demo, not New Construction, even though the 2D sheet is set on New Construction

To verify it was indeed the Phasing I deleted all Phases and merged into one. When I merged all Model elements to one Phase and deleted the rest all Model elements show up properly. Somehow when I enter the First Person view the Phasing changes and there is no way to set the Phasing once you are in a First Person.

Thank you for participating in the community! I may need some clarification. It looks like from the last image that the wall selected is an exterior wall. From the other images I would ask if you are in the {3D} view in the first person view and if this view has existing and new construction phasing in Revit. 

If you look at the mini map view in the 1st person view (image 3) it doe appear this may be an existing. Can you clarify what view you are in when you are going into 1st person, and what you mean when you said you merged all phasing?

As shown when I am in a sheet with 'New Construction' in the view and I place my marker the 3D views jumps to Existing, Not New Construction (shown in the screencast is the Demo'd wall in my new view first person view). If I click the New Construction 3D view I am zoomed out of the whole building.
