Failure in attach a file on a Re-open Issue

Hi all,

A member from our project had raised an Issue on BIM360 and this Issue got resolved and closed. About two weeks after, they had the need to re-open the same Issue however they are not allowable to attach files from the computer anymore. It shows a failure message when they select the file to be uploaded.

Is this a bug on BIM360 or is there something that needs to be configured to our project?

Issues can't be deleted or edited once the status has been set to VOID or CLOSED.

But the status was set-up to open again. Also, we tried to upload a file that was on BIM360 and allowed to attach. the error appear when we try to upload a file from the computer.
