Design Collaboration on EU server

Project Admin lets me give users design collaboration service but trying to use design collaboration always gives 'Invalid project' error.

Is it enabled yet on EU ? If not when ? US servers have been particularly screwy today with any uploads taking hours to process - not good when you are demoing !

Hey Jason, 

I don't think your issue is related to a EU/US server. 

Did manage to set up teams for your project already? Here are some videos that provide a good guidance if needed. 

In general regarding EU servers:

Design Collaboration is dependent on Revit Cloud Worksharing, which is not planned for deployment on EU servers before next year.
The modules on EU servers are BIM 360 Document Management, Project Management & Field Management.

Hmm, not sute that info is correct - Design Collaboration is on my EU hub.

This morning it let me create teams, add members. I then used collaborate option to get my model up there. I then created a pacakge too.

Hi Jason, 

While I really would like to confirm, I guess there is a misunderstanding somewhere. BIM 360 Design Collaboration definitely is not deployed on an EU server yet. Same for Revit Cloud Worksharing. Document Management for example is deployed on an EU server. 

Yeah, as Anil suggested, a screenshot will help to understand what you are referring to.
