Creating Checklists for multiple locations

I have 68 different locations within my project which all need the same set of inspections.  Is there any way to create all the checklists from the templates in a batch rather than going to each template and assigning it to each location, one at a time?

Hi @Anonymous,

We will have the ability to bulk schedule checklists in the future. In this case the location would also be a factor in this.

You can now create based on an excel template and if you specify the location as the section it will work.

Hi múinteoir, I'm wondering if I'm missing something to your solution. I have to have a similar issue I believe, which is that I have to create 5 checklists for an apartment of which there are 200 that are exactly the same. I cannot see a way I can get around creating 1000 checklists individually (double-checks maths, all good).

I couldn't find a way either. When I did mine, I put all the checklists for each location into one template to cut down on the number.

Hi All,

Replying to a old post to see if I can get help. We are working on a project in year 2022. Thousands of different checklists need to be created so generic templates are being built and imported, with different naming conventions. This is BIM next gen. The issue is you have to them go into BIM and individually create each checklist from the template so is long and cumbersome and time consuming. Is there a way to CREATE multiple checklist from the already imported templates in bulk at the same time?
