@Anonymous - What version of DC are you using? What is specifically happening that is not working as it's hard to tell from the screenshot. If you click on the warning symbol, does it provide anything specific? I do know that you cannot span across different platforms for Data References meaning the entire project has to be in BIM360, can't be some on-prem and some on BIM360. More than happy to provide a few solutions if you can describe in a bit more detail.
