Cannot access Cloud models from Revit.

Hi,

We are currently working in a project stored in BIM360. Upto today morning, there was no problem. Suddenly i have received a warning message saying that, "You do not have Access to cloud model".

I have no issues to access the files through Chrome.

We are using Revit 2021.

I have changed my Windows password today morning. It may be problem.

Pls help in this regards

Restarting the computer or Revit may fix it.

Hi @thavasimanis ,

not sure if you have managed to got access but you may when to take a look at this Autodesk Knowledge Network post which may help.

"You do not have access to any cloud projects" when trying to publish a model from Manage Cloud Mode...
