One of our Revit files coming from C4R is showing a broken file icon after a publish. WE cannot select or open the model from docs. In Design collaboration we can open the set, but its out of date. We have republished the model a couple times and gotten the green bar in the manage cloud models dialog, but newer model does not appear in docs or collaboration and the version does not update.
Model opens and syncs correctly in Revit but the published version is out of date and will not update. How do we correct? If I delete from Docs will that affect the C4R model?
