Hi,

When I want to add mark up as a text I realized that Text menu did not appear in Google chrome. (ımage 1)

When I checked it with Internet Explorer everything working good (image 2)

But in explorer Pan measure menu symbols not apper. (ımage 2)

Please fix these issues. I have also another question to Autodesk team. Before publishing these new features did you test it? 🙂 I have concerns about your test procedures

Hello, Thank you for posting to the BIM 360 Forum. I understand that you are running into some issue within the Chrome browser. This behavior has been reported to us earlier and we have already started working towards the resolution. In the meantime, try using Mozilla Firefox instead as this behavior should not occur there. Let us know if you have any questions or comments. If you consider the forum post resolved, consider selecting Accept as Solution so that other members can find it as well. Best regards, Patrick

Hi @umit.balaban ,
Just to confirm, are you still missing this contextual menu when creating text markups specifically in Chrome?

If so, could you please verify that your browser window is not zoomed in/out (e.g. your zoom in Chrome is set to 100%)?

We're currently unable to reproduce the problem you've described. If the issue persists even with your browser zoom level reset, it would be very helpful for our development team if you could supply additional information.

  • What is your Operating System version? What is your chrome browser version?
  • Could you share some logs with us, so that we can investigate further? In order to do so:
    • Open a Chrome browser, and click on the 3 dots menu
    • Click on More Tools > Developer Tools > Console
    • Now try creating the markup you're seeing some issues with
    • Take a screenshot of the developer tools (please make sure to capture the "Console" tab).

Hi @umit.balaban,

I wanted to reach out with regards to @doreen.dvoretz's last post.

We are not able to reproduce this using Chrome.  Could you capture some of those details that were mentioned?  It seems like something might be blocking or preventing it from appearing.

Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.

Best,
