BIM 360 Docs - Issue Notifications

Hi everyone,

Is there a way for me to receive an email notification when I create an Issue and assign it to my own Role? My teammates (i.e. Rolemates) are notified, so shouldn't I be as well?

I reckon this was once working but it is definitely not working now.

When creating the incident, the professional role must be defined and then the notification will arrive to all users with that role, including it if it belongs to that role

Well, that's just it. I've tested in 2 different projects and the user that raises or answers the Issue is not automatically notified by email, even if the Issue was assigned to their own Role.

I have this same issue. When I create or modify or comment on an issue, I never get an email notification, even if I tag myself in the comment or assign the issue to myself or my role or company.
