BIM 360 docs free trial error accessing project location

Hi All,

I've enrolled onto the BIM360 free trial, but cannot access the project location. When I enter my autodesk login details, it appears to start to login, but then jumps to the following splash screen. Please can someone advise how I get access to my BIM360 Docs Trial, thanks Alex

Hi,

I've requested 30 day trial extension again to see if that works - if that's the link you meant?

thanks

Alex

Hi Anil,

Just tried again, and still no access. I found the original invitation also, and this returns an error message - I don't think its valid anymore?

I'll try my company representative again too, but it would be useful just to try the trial at this time.

Thanks

Alex

PS I watched part of video recently, which showcased new functionality - attaching references to CAD docs in the cloud - something BIM 360 has been missing (in competition with projectwise) for a while. Do you have a link to this video or something similar, thanks

Afternoon All, Thanks for the assistance Anil. Based on case reference 13310816 the last input provided is as per the following :

Further to my investigation with the Autodesk team for Mott Macdonalds account. I have been made aware your company has an entitlement to use Autodesk BIM 360 Docs Services.

To assit on your knowledge on this application. It would be beneficial to liaise with an Account administrator for Mott Macdonalds. So you are able to get invited to a current or demo project within your organisation.

To assit here please see attached the current Account Administrators who you will be able to liase with to gain access for your requirements.

Please let me know how you get on.

As i understand looking within the Thread you are still not able to gain access, to your Demo Project.

@DemiHan : Can we please investigate the current user. [email protected] as i understand the original Invite email may have become invalid.

Please can we provide further solutions to assist further.

Thanks

Peter Jackson

Peter,

I'm seeing the same problem with a customer of ours. I work for the Autodesk Partner Channel. The customer that signed up for the Free Trial was named the BIM 360 Account administrator for Docs. It was my understanding that Docs was Free after the 30-day trial expired with limited functionality. When I try to login to Docs or HQ, I'm being kicked with a message saying his BIM 360 account is not active or suspended is what the login screen is telling me. What would cause this?

Note: I was also a project member/administrator to the sole project that he set up. I no longer can see the project from my browser or iPad app when I log in. I am checking with other team members to see if they can still access the Docs project.

FYI - I am logged into the forum using the customer's account.

Anil,

Hi, I was posting the question on the forum as Woody. Yes, I have been in contact with Support. We are still trying to determine how the whole Enterprise and Docs account is inaccessible by either account admins to Enterprise or team members to Docs.

Hi, Dear Autodesk support team!

2 weeks ago our company decided to work with BIM 360 Document Management and registrated in Tial version. I've uploaded several projects for cooperation work with 5 engineers in same models. For 2 weeks it have been working prety well until yesterday. Suddenly access to project folders as models became unable and all participants got message:

You do not currently have access to Autodesk Collaboration for Revit.

I still can login throught browser to BIM 360 Docs and see project folders with last published version of RVT file but can;t obtain it throught Revit as also to create or upload new project throught the cloud. We use Revit 2018.3. In analytics it shows that I have 15 days remaining so the trail should work...

Please provide instructions how to fix it... Our project stucked with this issue.

Thank You!
