Hello ACC community. Relatively new user her, but have looked in the documentation and forums for this and can't seem to find the answer I am looking for. Is it possible to have multiple versions of a budget, as a project progresses, the budget gets more detailed. Maybe start with a conceptual budget (or version 1), maybe 10-30 line items. Then as the design progress, say through schematic design, create a schematic budget (or version 2), with more detail, leading ultimately to the detailed budget for the project, version 3, which the team would execute against. I am sure others are doing this somehow, can anyone share how this can be done?  I basically want the budget development process (through multiple versions of the budget) to track with or have traceability to the other project development and versioning processes. Thanks in advance.

Hi @todd_mccollough,

Please manually save budget reports to store the budget version information. I will clarify some questions through private message and submit a feature request.

Thanks,

Thanks Jason for reaching out on this. The manual budget reports are not a great long term solution. Thanks for reaching out on a feature request. I hope the info I provided is helpful and that Autodesk seriously considers the feature as I think a lot of users would benefit from being able to track and have traceability to the budget development and budget versioning process. Thanks a bunch.
