2 projects are hung at initiation.

I currently have to 2 projects that are hung up at the initialization process. I just check and 1 finally failed. I am retrying now.

Update to this issue. Every since the service disruption. Services missing from a project creation. "Message could not add you as a Project Admin" I am an Account Admin and Project Admin for all projects. This has been and is still occurring since the failure yesterday. Not sure what to do. I also do have an AEC license and BIM Collaborate PRO. When I create a project (trying to recreate the projects that failed yesterday) I only see Document Management, Model Coordination, Design Collaboration, Insight and BIM 360 Glue(that I do not activate). Project Management and Field Management are missing. While I need to create projects daily. I am stopping until I can get this resolved. I have opened a case. But response times do not reflect urgency at Autodesk unfortunately.  Will keep updating this post.

Final update. While I am keeping the case open. The latest is while the service do not appear in the initial setup. Once I apply my template they do NOW show up. Scratching my head over this one. Initial creation I still get the cannot add message. But once I Activate Document Management with my template which has the missing service active they appear NOW. Concerned. But am proceeding cautiously. Have a great Thursday All!
