Problem with BIM360 plan

I have already done the subscription and bim 360 is added in my account. I can log in  the page, but the problem is that i can't enter the page of bim360 plan as it takes me to a blank page with an error. You can see the error in the screenshot. Any help?

I am sorry you are having trouble accessing your project in BIM 360 Plan.  Please open a support ticket for this problem so a technical support representative can help resolve it.

Or, you can send me a private message that includes your account and project names, as well as the email address and Autodesk ID you are using to access the project.
