Hi, I'm currently evaluating the BIM360 plan product, the MS projects integration is very convenient but I couldn't figure out if there is a feature that will enable me to automatically send notifications about upcoming tasks to the relevant team.
For instance, there is a task on the Gantt to install HVAC units next week, I want the system to send the relevant contractor a notification 2-days in advance about this task and/or another one to the project manager if the task wasn't completed on time.
Is the above somehow possible? if not natively is there a known 3rd party solution?
