Roll Back (Back Up)

I cannot think of a major system, including as complicated as Windows, that does not have a roll back feature. 

BIM 360 Plan needs a method to re-instate the data to either a) new project or b) replace existing based on a specific date (any day in the past 30 days??). 

I am going through a process now that has crippled my $160M project; taking over 1 week for assistance. This is not how it should work.

I hope you were able to get your data restored on your project, and I am sorry it took longer than you wanted.  We do back up project data and can restore it upon request.  These requests are rare and are usually linked to situations where the customer has deleted data or modified it inadvertently.  Once we receive a request, we can usually process them within a day or two.  I would need more details about your request (like a support case number) to give you more information about why your request took longer.

I understand you want his restore process to happen faster.  What turnaround time do you think is reasonable?  What other improvements would you want to see?

We're relying on users to backup data and that's crazy. The first model corruption and they are searching for the backup, that can be a week old, depending on when a user published/saved.

We have Panzura for our other projects, where we have hourly backups on AWS, and we'd like to see something like this for BIM 360.
