Our project managers require oversight on all reviews being undertaken for their projects however I haven't been able to find a way of granting this permission level without either including the PM as an approver in the review workflow or granting them administrative permissions for the project. Currently our workaround for this is to ask those initiating reviews to manually add the PMs to the "notify other project members" field when submitting their review.
It would be great if we could:
- set permissions for reviews at a local level similarly to how we grant folder permissions
- set mandatory recipients for the "notify other project members" field from within the review workflow configuration
If there are any suggestions as to how we can achieve this in the current system setup I'd be keen to explore those.
