It would be helpful if Docs had the ability to upload PowerPoint shows and even movies. We have to deliver specific instructions on how to perform certain tasks and actions to take within BIM 360. For example, we may want to have the client comment/mark up a set of drawings in a folder in Plans but some members may be new to BIM 360 or the project and not know what to do. We need a way to provide them not only with the models and sheets to review but instructions on what and how to do it inside and outside of an approval workflow.
We would typically handle this in a training session and with emails containing PowerPoint shows or Word Docs. But not everyone attends training or reads the emails when you send them. BIM 360 needs an area or way to allow us to communicate how it is used on the project. Even if we had the ability to add these files as an attachment to the email generated by sharing a folder would be helpful.
