On the web when you rename files in the project files - the new name doesn't transfer to the iPad ... as an example you upload spec "003300" and then decide you want to change to "003300 - Concrete" it stay the first name. You can delete the app and re-download completely but the change never makes it to the iPad. Generally when you change the file name it is because you want to add additional information to make it easier or quicker to find on the iPad / field.
