The mapping used to the iPad in the Project Files name should be the "Document Name" and not the file name. The document name can be edited and changed and should be the field that goes to the iPad and not the file name.
In my case here we uploaded the specifications with just the specification #, got input from the field that they want the description too - add the description and it never transfers to the field / iPads. You are going to find that there are mis-spellings and etc that need to be changed.
The work around of deleting files and re-importing them isn't feasible long term and makes the user experience negative. Maybe the other solution is is that support can update the file names on the backend in lieu of users doing on the front end.
