Print House Idea

Hello to every one,

I'm new in all this BIM 360 world, learning new things every day.

Now, I found out, that BIM 360 DOC doesn't have the option to send pdf drawing to a print house and send it to the site, meaning that today the only option is to download the files and send them to throw the print house website. 

There has to be an option! so here my idea:

Basically, it cloning the Transmittal option and adding another option to the drop-down menu (. . . 3 points)
the option to  Send to the print house, also adding a Plot House  tab( next to the issue or another place..)

The site creates a zip file, and in this new Plot house Tab, we can see the plot orders before sending them.

At the plot house FORM, it's important to also have a few things, choosing the size ( A0/A1/A2 or custom), BW or Color, the quantity of each file, and comment for the print house.

A "select all option" must be included if I add 20 files, and I want all of them to be A1, BW - selection one by one is not very comfortable.

• Addresses should be upload from the project members' data, choosing where to sends the files.
• The Print House email address, it will set up by the Admin, and also the prices.
• each form has to have a ## Number
• Has to have a resume of how many files were added to the zip and how many ( Total) were send to print.

The Print House receives an email with a detailed form for each or all files in a zip file containing all the files selects.

All the data of who, when, where, and how many will be already inside the system, collecting and sorting by projects members/companies in tables will be also great allowing to know also the cost of each and total print at the specific projects.
