Time is being lost because the users are having to search for the items' location when completing a commissioning checklist.
If a location is associated to a checklist or other BIM 360 entities, the user should have the ability to open the associated drawing in PlanGrid. The Administrator takes a lot of time to pinpoint the exact location on the drawings in the Admin module. This information should be shared to make finding things (i.e., doors) easier.
Anywhere that the location field is available should have an icon that can be clicked and the drawing as well as the exact highlighted area (defined in Admin) should be displayed to the user.
Currently, our security company is looking up the door location outside of BIM360 when completing checklists. This is definitely inefficient!
