Pin RFI's to multiple drawings

Pin RFI's to multiple drawings

Currently you can only pin a RFI to one drawing. More often than not, a RFI affects multiple locations. There should be an option to link it to multiple locations. Also, while pins make sense for issues/punchlist, they are not practical for RFIs. There should be an option to hyperlink RFIs to text/cloud markups. This would also alleviate the single pin issue. The only way I see to hyperlink RFIs (without a pin) is to export the RFI to pdf, and then store it in your project files folders. This seems to be adding unnecessary doc control.

Great idea!  If an RFI affects multiple locations on the same drawing, multiple drawings, or multiple disciplines it's common practice to note the RFI at all those locations.  Currently, in Project Management we have to create a new RFI for each location/drawing/discipline, which is highly problemmatic.

This is a must. Other platforms have this and it is widely used.

This was the first issue I encountered when starting to use Docs. Since I cannot drop a pin on multiple sheets for an RFI I have to manually cloud, callout, and attach the  exported RFI document in order for everyone on the job to know the RFI affects the area. Please fix this!!!!!!!

We really need this, it'd be so helpful.

Please add this feature. It would help everyone to see if an RFI effects multiple sheets/trades.

This is definitely an essential function for RFI posting

Hello all,

I'm happy to update that our AU 2020' announced Autodesk Build solution will support multiple RFI markups, as well as different RFI markups (such as clouds, circles and more) as part of its general release.

We are also looking into supporting this capability in BIM360, it does requires ground-up infrastructure changes and migrations from existing markup solution.

Does this ability still not exist?
