Move 'Project Management' module to be under the Docs subscription (not Build)

The 'Project Management' module has been bundled under the wrong subscription license.

Both RFIs and Submittals are tools/stages of the project which most commonly precede the build stage. So it makes very little sense to have these tools under the 'Build' subscription.

I'm requesting that the 'Project Management' be put under the 'Docs' licensing where it makes a lot more sense.

This is exactly what we think as well. Submittals and RFIs are essential elements of a Document Management process.

I can only agree with others on this topic. It makes no sense to have it as part og the build subscription.

Thanks for your input.  We’re always listening to feedback on where features are needed for customers and are giving consideration for including these features in the other offerings.

I've already spoken with David about this, but I wanted to formally add the following.

This week at AU it was shown that this module would receive a Meeting Minutes feature. This is yet another feature which is beneficial throughout all project stages, not just construction. This new inclusion makes the placement of Project Management in the Build product and not Docs even less logical.

I don't have a problem with features in any other module, but the misplaced Project Management is like an itch which cannot be scratched. Smiley LOL

An update that the Meetings feature did end up under Project Management.

Hi Chad,

I certainly agree the RFI process starts with the coordination process as questions start to be rasied on the design so having the RFI capability in the BUILD module is the wrong place especially if users dont want to purchase an addition set of licences which mainly deal with site management.

The RFI functionality should be in the docs module otherwise RFI's start getting raised outside of BIM360 which is not what users require.

Just wanted to see if there was any movement on this from Autodesk. @david.desimini

I'm interested in the meeting feature and RFI feature being added to Docs.
