It is a necessity that this is implemented. Currently we STILL have to individually add each member to the projects. The drop downs do not produce the entire member directory. So, we have to print out our member directory and add each of our 47 employee members to every project. This is very time consuming. Some suggestions would be
1. Allow upload of entire directory into projects by an excel sheet like you do to add them to BIM
2. Allow us to add everyone to the template project that we want on every job. Then when a new project is setup and we select the template all of the members are automatically in the project.
3. At setup of member have a list of projects and you can check each project you want them setup for.
4. Fix the dropdown to populate everyone so we don't have to look up the members.
5. In the member drop down add the roles so we can just put formen and all my foremen are added.
As much as we pay for the software I would think implementing something like this would not take too much programming and it will save your clients a ton of time and frustration.
