Please change the default setting of Markups to 'Public' instead of 'Private'.
We have had a few cases where this setting has been missed by Site Management teams, so they have saved the Markup and are under the impression that the rest of the project team can see their comments.

@krystian.macek assuming this is not being implemented on the BIM360 platform? We have a multitude of active jobs on this platform that would benefit greatly by this change. We have also roadtested ACC and some of the good things from BIM360 are still not available on ACC, like the ability to view DWFx as a major concern.
This is marked as "Accepted" by Autodesk in May 2023, is there a timeline on implementation? Will this be on ACC and BIM 360 or ACC only? When this was first reported back in 2017 ACC didn't exist, but the problem still exists for many of us working in BIM 360 projects.
A good deal of time wasted when management and job runners miss the 'publish' step. Just make it published by default in ACC, and any private comment can be dealt with one by one, which is indeed the exception rather than the rule.
When will this change be implemented? The functions themselves work perfectly, but it doesn't work this way company-wide. Everyone must be able to see each other's notes without any additional action.
