Markups linked to Issues

This is sorely needed and something that other platforms seem to do out of the box well. But for BIM 360 usage the process seems to be:

1. Carry out a mark up

2. Take a screenshot of it

3. Save the screenshot to local machine

4. Trim screenshot (to remove content from other monitor etc)

5. In new issue drag the screenshot in (after checking it's the correct one of many).

6. Manage local screenshots etc

The process seems to be to work "offline". Consequently it's pushing us to not use mark up tool at all, but in the issues themselves we're having to type "hide x and y to see the issue etc" as the models are evolving and new items can conceal prior visibility etc. It's quite clumsy overall. How tools like 3D Repo do it is really straightforward and might be worth looking at,

The lack of markups in issues, and formality in markups is certainly a well-known problem. Ideally markups and issues should be a single combined tool.

This is why this is currently the 'Top Voted' idea. I highly suggest adding your vote and feedback over in that Idea.

Sure could use "Classifications" for these(which I think we have) - to allow filtering and auto-assignment. This along with a report option would bring 360 markups on-par with Bluebeam and it's capabilities!
