Good question. When marking up, the user could choose from the colors of the teams they are on. If you belong to 3 Teams, then you could choose from the 3 colors applied to those Teams.
This is getting me thinking. What if, when you choose Roles, Teams (with colors) are automatically made and assigned? A user could change this after the fact but at least they would start a lot further ahead.
