Manpower Tracking
I would be helpful if the daily updates was more flexible and customizable to allow better financial reporting. The ability to add a drop down list of tasks, individuals involved with the task, task type, and hours would all PM's to get an accurate reporting of manpower costs when a site has multiple accounts to charge to.
Agreed! Adding custom fields would vastly improve this module. We would like an accept/reject box with the ability to comment on the subcontractors daily report. In some cases we need to respond to comments they have made & it would be easier to follow if those comments were directly on their daily report.
