I assume that this forum applies the recently renamed cloud space (awkward BTW...BIM360 became ACC which became Autodesk Forma, which is the name of another Autodesk product that now happens to be embedded within the ecosystem and retains the same name as its parent).
Here are several ideas for improving the Design Collaboration tab.
1) Permanently open the full team timeline. The collapsed timeline is hard to find for seldom users and switching back and forth is really awkward.
2) Improve the symbology. Below any "Package" symbol on ones timeline, there should be a "Consumed" symbol on whomever else has consumed it. This is a basic project management necessity that Autodesk has whiffed. Right now only a top level project manager can root around in other consultant Data Management "Consumed" folder to see if they consumed it, and even that is unreliable if they choose to download it and clean out their folder.
3) Improve distribution my making it targeted. In other words, no global spam distribution....when you package, you should be able to direct it to a team or person. Forget the default opt-out email notification "pull" tool; its barely visible and misses the point.
4) In the lower part of the Design Collaboration screen, mirror image the Data Management folder structure. If we keep numerous files on the site (we do) sorting through a gigantic single list of files is a pain and unnecessary.
