It would be beneficial to implement a change in the Docs module to address an ongoing issue. Currently, we're facing a situation where attributes don't update automatically after approval if the individual lacks editing rights for the folder containing the file.
It would be helpful to modify the system so that the review function can successfully complete its task even when the individual doesn't possess folder access rights. This adjustment acknowledges the individual's authority to approve the review while preventing unauthorized editing of markings.
