Force user to use multiple factor authentication

Dear support,

As I know BIM360 allow user to choose whether they use multiple factor authentication (MFA), but there is possibly the user can reject to use MFA. Is it possible that we can force them must use MFA? and is it possible that BIM 360 admin can monitor which user has not use MFA? Thanks

I need this for a new corporate policy that all users must have 2FA turn on for BIM360 and other cloud based services.

This is really sad that autodesk can't truly implement enterprise software.  We can't force MFA policies, we can't have policies to remove inactive users from projects, we can't even remove ourselves from projects that another company added us to.

I'm appalled at how much money we spend with autodesk and how little we get for it.  You should be ashamed.  I won't even do you the honor of capitalizing autodesk because it doesn't deserve it.

Coming up on 3 years since this post and still no MFA enforcement. We pay 6 figures for this software and it is a JOKE.

FYI 2FA is not enforced on the BIM360 / ACC platform level. The individual user Autodesk account and profile govern this. When accessing BIM360 / ACC you are logged into your Autodesk account and the platform looks for license information. Do you have licenses or not. Hope this helps.

You have to use the Premium version to get single sign on and for the ability to control all users to use 2FA.  The additional cost was too much for us to get this functionality.  This day in age it really should be included in the already high prices.  But the shareholders need to see profit.  I sure do.
