When using the filter by Set option in the "Plans" portion of BIM 360 (not "Sets"), if you filter by a set, it will only show you the sheets that were issued for that set and not issued again for a future set. For example, if you issue a DD set today with 50 sheets and then issue a CD set where 40 of those sheets were reissued as CD set, when you use the filter option in "Plans" and filter to the DD set, only 10 of 50 sheets will show. Since the other 40 sheets where issued with the CD set, it does not show. This is problematic when we need to send transmittals with just a certain package, especially when packages go out on the same day. When you go to the "sets" tab, and filter by the CD all 50 sheets show up, but you cannot select the sheets here to add to a transmittal. This whole process just doesn't seem in line with how the design industry deliveries drawings. See attached video for further explanation. The Filtering on the "plans" should work similar to sets or you should be able to select sheets from the "Sets" to add to a transmittal.
