when using the file version history dialog, inside Document Management, it would be useful to add comments to each version. In fact it could be even better to manage the version numbering. Anyway, if only we could add comments to each version, just to know the differences to track or manage its traceability
You could even use the comments to declare selected versions as "Verified by Costumer" or "Stage 2 Final", when you are developing your Documents files according to different project stages.
yes please! version comments would be so helpful. I have PMs that are requesting it, and it's just a good document management practice, not to mention when multiple people are working on the same file, and updates need to be communicated.
