I would like to suggest an extension to the function “Data Exchange” from Revit 2023.
We can make a 3D view with all objects, which we want to share with our subcontractor via ACC. The file is a separate Revit file with a connection (through ACC) to our central file. Subcontractor can see only those elements, which were published. Subcontractor can modify the separated Revit View and publish back to ACC. We can deny or accept the changes.
Workflow:
Separate 3D View in Central File >> Publish the View to ACC >>Open the View (Revit file) by Subcontractor >> Local Edition the View >>Publish the View back to ACC to the Central File >> Deny or Accept the Changes of Elements
