When you move the mouse cursor above a file in Docs tiled view mode, the arrow changes into a pointing hand, the tile gets inverted and a doubtful open command appears. This idea is to offer some extra information to the file concerned: Images might show their sizes (4000x3000 px rather than 4 MB), office files might give away their number of pages, words, lines or tables.
