Date Format - Language german

Please fix the date format. It's great that we can switch languages in reports, but the format has to fit to the country code.

@nikolas.baum  Might I ask which report you referred to? And the desired format for Germany is MM-DD-YYYY?

I like to use ISO (YYYY-MM-DD with leading zeros) for everything. But to @nikolas.baum's point, I believe some countries use DD-MM-YYYY. There are also those people that prefer "Month Day, Year) or with or without leading zeros, two digit year vs 4 digit. This should be a project wide standard for all dates in the entire project to be formatted the same by default but they can be changed as needed per document.

Hi Penny, in Germany we use DD-MM-YYYY. A bigger problem is the military time that we use 00:00-24:00. Most users don't even know AM/PM.
