Collaborating in Navisworks with BIM360 Model Coordination

We wish to be able to collaborate live in Navisworks with multiple users, syncing search sets, clash tests and viewpoints.

We now create NWF files per person, linking the models through the Model Coordination add-in. Working together live in 1 NWF is not possible at the moment, because you will save over each others work instead of 'syncing' it. The personal NWF files are now merged together every once in while, but this is cumbersome. We have large teams that were used to working together in Navisworks with Glue. We would really like that functionality back.

It has been an unwritten rule by BIM coordinators of Yesteryear that no one else touches the NWF. I'd never let anyone in my NWF. Too much risk.

People do not necessarily have to work in one NWF. Our teams used to be able to save typical NWF-stuff (most importantly search sets) to Glue and work simultaneously on that Glue model. It was not visible as NWF, but was just information saved in the merged model in Glue. That is the kind of functionality I am looking for.
