Some of our consultants are not available at the same time and find themselves going through checklists independently.
Some of our Consultants want to be able to sign in order to declare that they have completed their section on a certain date and time. However, if they sign then the remainder of the checklist cant be filled in (with the signature remaining intact).
The challenge is that they are not willing to wait for too long before they sign off.
I am proposing a 2 step confirmation for signatures.
1. signed when own section is filled in on the checklist.
2. To confirm that they are in agreement with what was filled in after they last saw the checklist, this would close off the checklist officially. this would be a click option (Agreed, In Dispute)
