CHECKLIST NAVIGATION

Is anyone else having problems with checklists on the mobile app being cumbersome, hard to navigate, a long list to scroll through, etc.?

 

Here are my ideas on how we as a community can help improve this.

 

By breaking out the checklist list by type it will save users time of scrolling through multiple options that may be irrelevant to that specific user. Most common - Safety personnel will only fill out Safety specific checklists, QA/QC will fill out Quality specific checklists, etc.

 

By having tabs of open checklists, the user can navigate from one checklist to another easily without having to go back and forth trying to find it throughout the entire list. Most common - A user is filling out or looking at multiple items that might be covered over multiple checklist and you would like to bounce back and forth.

 

By having a My Checklists option, users will be able to quickly see and view what checklists they have already filled out, as well as open existing ones to fill out another like it. Most common - users forget if they have filled out a checklist or when, would be nice to have this information easily available by separating it from the list of all checklists.

 

SEE ATTACHED FOR MY IDEAS ON HOW TO HANDLE THESE CHANGES. I have taken feedback and come up with ideas that I think would be extremely beneficial and very user friendly for users utilizing checklists. 

 

Any feedback would be appreciated - I am getting the same requests across the board from team members.
