Calendar and Working Days Option in Build "Submittals", "RFI's", and "Issues"

Add the ability to differentiate between working days in calendar days within Build's "Submittals", "RFI's", and "Issues" toolsets. This functionality would be identical to that of "Reviews" in Docs.
