Situation: Project administrators can create the "Approval Workflow" in a dedicated tab:


Here the admin can also define a logic that copies approved documents upon selectable action:
- When "Any document in the review is approved"
- When "All documents in the review have been approved"
Enhancements:
- At this point, it would be great to have an additional possibility to move approved documents to a defined folder instead of copy (see screenshot).
- Another improvement would be to allow selection of multiple folders as destination folders, if it's required for the use case. (E.g. after approval document should be copied to sub-folders of several sub-contractors)
