We are using BIM360 to document the existing conditions of a building, and organize our data. When creating and editing issues in BIM360 Document management, there are different attributes you can assign. These attributes, however, have a multiple-choice format, and you can only select one option from the drop down per attribute. When searching and filtering through issues, you can search by attribute input, but not any keywords in the text in the description of the issue. It would be extremely helpful to tag with hashtags, such as #code #structural #floor #wall. There are cases where within a single issue you want to flag multiple categories to be able to search later, but not create duplicate items just to ensure you can find this case in each of the categories. TL;DR you should be able to hashtag issues in BIM360 and search/filter by hashtag.
