When you create a report for items with linked documents, it is important that in the report a view on this document is included.
For example: an issue has been created by dropping a pin on a plan. Also a photo has been attached.
One item reports (detailed reports):
When you generate a report for one item , it will include all textual details and also the photo but not the plan.
What we need is that in the report a plan view is shown as well.
Multiple item reports (general reports)
When you generate a report for multiple items, only a textual overview is included.
What we need is that at the end of the overview as an appendix:
-All photo's are shown. Besides each photo the index number of the corresponding item.
For example: If issue 5 and 6 have a photo included, show them at the end of the report. Beside of each photo
put the number 5 and 6
-Show one or multiple plan views with the pins visible for all items included in the report
