Current Transmittal output (per record) is limited to: Name, Title, Set, Version, Last Updated and Updated by.
We would like to see the Transmittal record include custom attribute values?
Reason: The 'Version' of a document does not normally reflect the 'Revision' of a file.
A Version of a file is updated as each new document is added to Docs. This may occur multiple times via internal review processes.
A Revision of a document is 'generally' only updated as an amended/approved document is transmitted to external parties.
We have added a custom attribute to allow for the Revision value.
When transmitting a document, it's the Revision that is important to highlight. Not the Version.
