The project administrator can enable the setting "Show folder path" which enables project members to see the full folder path for folders they don't have permission to view.
But when in a review you checked the option "Allow initiator to change copy location", and the initiator is creating the review and is changing the copy path location: in that case he won't see the complete folder structure anymore. He will only see the folders for which they have permissions. So the "Show folder path" setting is not used in reviews. This should be the case.
