When a customer creates a trial account, he or she has two projects: one called "Sample Project" and one called "My Project." The Sample Project has pre-configured data to allow the trial user to more easily learn about the product capabilities. The other project ("My ProjecT") is empty and is designed to allow the user to start using Docs on a real-world project. At any time during the trial period, the user can choose to upgrade to a "Paid" account (and can re-name the project). There is no need for data migration, as all of the project data remains accessible.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply Joan.
The new pre prepared project (Sample Project) for a trial is more than welcome. Also I'm sure your explanation on the 2 different projects for trials will be valuable for our users.
I was referring to the fact that, the automatic upgrade to a paid account doesn't seem to be available here (in France) at the moment, so I guess new accounts are created when orders are validated. This way, users don't seem to have the option of renaming a trial project (it's a different account).
I think this process might change, but just wanted to let you know.
@Anonymous: thanks for you response, but I was talking about BIM 360 Docs, not Team.
