Current markups can only be kept private or published to public. It would be good to be able to markup and send it to a specific individual. The current system can't be used because its all or nothing, private or public. There is a need because if I want to markup and have a discussion with another consultant to resolve an issue we must do it over email. Email often gets missed due to the volume of emails consultants receive. If I could do this with markup there would be a nice record of the decision and thought process in BIM 360 Docs. Much easier to find later if questions come up.
