BIM 360 Docs log should support Custom Attributes & Subfolders

1. Add the ability to include Custom Attributes in the Log report
2. Add the ability to include sub-folders in the log report

Thanks Joan!  You're doing great work with BIM 360.  I have been leading our charge to BIM since we moved from AutoCAD to Revit 4 years ago.  First using Revit Server, then BIM 360 Team, and now BIM 360 DOCs.  The rate of new feature introduction is impressive.
