Bim 360 Docs - Document Sets - Export/Download from document set view

I've created a document set with all the PDF plans I want to send out to contractors for bidding.

When I open the document set view I get a list with all the plans but I cannot do something with them, only view them.

But during this phase I don't want to give access to my hub to all the contractors which I will invite only for bidding. 

In my case I wanted to select all documents within a given set and to download them with the option to download them in one zip file or to combine them in one PDF file.

I think that you're planning a "Print/Plot" function. So in the future it should be nice if I could print in batch a complete document set.

Is there an update with the batch download from sets view? Our QS's are sending out enquiries and this would really assist. Currently documents, specifications, drawings etc are stored in separate folders under each discipline, from the folder view you can't batch download from multiple folders. This could be some additional functionality perhaps?, like a basket type function where you could select files from multiple locations then batch download or batch share with others.

we are also interested in downloading sets of models as well as pdfs. when is the batch download going to be implemented? Even for having Hard copies as backup?

So there was "planning" to add this feature late last year. Has any progress been made?

It's not very useful if documents cannot be downloaded/printed.

I am having the same issue. I would like to export a PDF of the view visible in Design Collaboration that is included in a set. The only work around I can find is downloading the entire model, opening in Revit, and then reprint.

I think it's a very important feature and sharing the documents (download them or not) is one of the main reasons to use sets in my opinion.

So almost 18 months later still waiting for a download button? 🤥 I mean what's the point of having them on the screen only? I need to send them, submit them and god forbid print them on occasion.
